When will I receive my photos?

Photos and videos will be ready by the next business day. You will receive a link via email. Please note that we are closed on Sundays, do photos taken on Saturday will be ready on Monday.

Do you work on the weekends or holidays?

Our regular working days are Monday through Saturday. However, we recognize that emergencies can arise. For Sunday and holiday services, we offer expedited service for a fee of $89, with photos provided on the same day.

What if I need to cancel?

We comprehend the demands of your busy schedule and understand that unforeseen events can occur. Any cancellations or rescheduling made with a three-hour notice will incur no charges! Please notice a $50 fee applies for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled time.

What If the weather is bad?

We can photograph the interiors of the home, rescheduling the exterior shots for a later date for free.

Do you charge travel fees?

We serve most of Houston and its surrounding areas. And we are also glad to travel! Please note that a drive time fee may apply to locations beyond our usual coverage:

30-40 miles away: $25 fee

40-50 miles away: $35 fee

What if I need photos as quickly as possible?

With service fee of $39, your desired photos will be swiftly provided to you by 10pm on the very same day.
